This award is presented on rare occasions (not annually) to recognize outstanding service to IMTA. Recipients receive a plaque and a lifetime waiver of state dues.

Nomination Form
Nominations are submitted to the president, who assembles a selection committee. This committee includes a previous recipient of the award and a member of the Board of Trustees.
Nominations must be no more than two typewritten pages and should detail the nominee’s contributions to IMTA. The president may request additional recommendations on behalf of the nominee.
Due to the confidential nature of the selection process, only written materials are considered. Recipients are not informed of who nominated them, unless the nominators choose to share that information directly.
